The Highlanders extended their lead in the Austrian Women’s Hockey League by two days, but the 7:3 victory in the derby against Graz was more than the course would suggest.
After two thirds the score was 3:3, with the Huskies leading twice. In the final section, the hosts decided the game in their favor, with Claire Casey, Sara Confidenti and Vanessa Picka, three KSV players recorded a three-point night (1G & 2A each).

Aisulu started strongly in Klagenfurt and opened the scoring in the third minute through Annlise Hayes. Despite Isabelle Hardy’s quick matchup, the Lakers struggled to keep up with Aisulu’s offensive ability. At the end of the first third, the guests were leading 4-1.
Aisulu’s pressure continued throughout the game and by the 41st minute they extended their lead to 8-1. In the last third, the Lakers showed their strength and got two goals from Kelsey Soccio and Isabelle Hardy.
