Myth: Drinking milk and physical exercise are not at risk of developing osteoporosis.
Fact: During life it takes efforts to build and maintain bone health by: adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D. As well as regular physical exercise. There are other factors that increase the risk of developing osteoporosis.
