POST PLAN – Two mysterious Redmi phones with model numbers 23021RAA2Y and 23028RN4DG were observed to have pocketed TKDN (Domestic Content Level) certificates on January 16.
The Redmi 23021RAA2Y appears on the TKDN site in a certificate numbered 562/SJ-IND.8/TKDN/1/2023 with a TKDN value of 38.20%, while Redmi 23028RN4DG is listed on the certification sheet 561/SJ-IND.8/TKDN/1/2023 and get a TKDN value of 39.60%.
One of these devices is allegedly a potential successor to the Redmi Note 11, namely the Redmi Note 12 4G. But unfortunately, the identity of the Redmi 23028RN4DG is still unknown.
Even though both of them have received the blessing of the Ministry of Industry, Redmi has not provided any confirmation regarding the existence of these two devices.
Previously, there was a leak saying that Redmi would launch the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. This phone is said to be driven by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor whose type is not yet known.
Reportedly, the specifications of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will not differ much from Redmi Note 12 5G which was launched in India some time ago.
As a reminder, the Chinese and Indian versions of the Redmi Note 12 have differences in terms of cameras. Yes, the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 12 is equipped with two rear cameras, each with a 48 MP main camera and a 2 MP depth sensor.
Meanwhile, the Indian version of the Redmi Note 12 carries a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro.
In addition to the rear camera, the Indian version of the Redmi Note 12 also has a 13 MP selfie camera, which is larger than the Chinese version, which only has an 8 MP resolution.
Even so, both the Chinese and Indian versions of the Redmi Note 12 are reinforced by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset with support for up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage memory.

The two batteries have the same capacity of 5,000 mAh which is equipped with a 33W fast charging feature with a USB type C charging connector.
