bTV viewers report on strange lights and clouds in a circle in the sky above Shumensko. Alerts are sent to the “I the Reporter” platform.
In the first alert, a viewer sent us a video of “strange glowing bodies flying in a line at the same speed.” According to him, they were spotted in the Riga Pass around 6 pm today.
In a separate alert, a second viewer reported strange circular clouds in the sky above Shumen around 8:30 p.m. and sent us some photos.
“It’s very scary, the clouds are in a circle. What is this?” the alert reads.
Earlier this year, lights in the sky again alarmed Bulgarians. We received dozens of videos on the I the Reporter platform showing a group of lights moving in a straight line.
Then it became clear that the lights were not from aliens, but they were Elon Musk’s satellites from the Starlink project. The goal of Musk’s project is to use mini-satellites in orbit around the Earth to provide fast and reliable Internet to more points on the globe. For this reason, the company is launching thousands of small satellites into low orbit, which will form a “network” around our planet, thus making Internet access more widespread and easy.
A satellite tracking website shows that there was such a passage at around 18:00 on December 26 over the territory of our country. This could be the explanation for the lights. However, it is not clear what causes the clouds to look the way viewers signal us.
