The wreckage of a drone is found in Romania
It is not the first time that parts of downed drones have been found in this country near the border with Ukraine. The latest fragments were found late on the evening of Thursday, March 28, on an island in the Danube River approximately 20 kilometers from the border. They were found in an agricultural area in the Great Island of Braila municipality.
Romanian authorities are investigating the latest incident involving the found drone wreckage. In previous similar cases, Romanian officials indicated that their country was unlikely to be a deliberate target of a drone attack.
Mostly on the Romanian border, drones are being used to wreak havoc on Ukrainian ports on the banks of the Danube River.
