Various criticisms were made by netizens on social media Twitter. Starting from errors that occurred in the application, the controversy over the use of mobile phones as a means of payment at gas stations, payments via applications that were only linked to Link Aja, to the application that received bad reviews on the Playstore. In fact, MyPertamina became one of the most trending topics, with 10.5 thousand tweets.
1. Application Inaccessible

The protests by netizens in droves were indeed caused by an error on the page. This is allegedly due to the accumulation of registrations on the first day of the opening of this registration. 2. Use of cellphones at gas stations
Not only that, the use of cell phones in gas stations is one of the most controversial. The reason is, the use of cellphones is prohibited at gas stations because it endangers visitors, while payment is recommended using MyPertamina. Like one of the tweets uploaded by the @txtdr********* account.
“It’s forbidden to play cellphones at gas stations, but if you want to buy Pertalite, you have to open your cellphone wkwkwk. Pertamina [Rasakan ledakannya],” the account tweeted.
Previously, the account also shared something that had gone viral on social media. The video contains a motorcyclist in a life simulation game. The motorcyclist went to the gas station, then a link to a cellphone image containing the MyPertamina application appeared. Instantly, the gas station exploded. This post was even liked by 5,329 accounts.
