MyInvestor Announces 20 Basis Point Reduction on Fixed Rate Mortgages Without Backpack

It represents a price reduction of 20 basis points and applies to all terms, up to a maximum of 30 years.

MyInvestor starting today it markets its fixed rate mortgages ‘Without Backpack’ at 3.49% TIN (3.70% APR), which represents a price reduction of 20 basis points, compared to the previous rate, which was 3.69% NIR (3.91% APR).

The new price applies to all terms, up to a maximum of 30 at. In addition, this interest is applied without the need to contract additional products such as insurance or pension plans or domiciliate the payroll.

The entity has also improved variable rate mortgages by reduce the differential over Eurbor by 10 basis points to 0.79%. For these loans, the price of the first year is set at 2.49% TIN. It assumes a variable APR of 4.54% for 30 years.

The new mortgages are available for new loans and subrogations and are aimed at family units with Minimum monthly income of 4,000 euros. Expenses do not apply appraisal, nor study commissions, opening and formalization expenses. Notary, management and registration expenses do not apply either, but are assumed by the entity itself.

With this move, MyInvestor seeks to boost its mortgage business, after a 2023 of “record” growth in which it doubled its number of clients to exceed 220,000, and its business volume to 4,373 million euros. Of these, 413 million correspond to credit investment, 2,120 million are in investment products and 1,840 million are in customer accounts and deposits.
