We are a small, fast-growing online marketing agency, especially for online shops, and are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager (m/f/d) to support us as a team. As our new employee, you will work with our team to look after cool brands and manage high advertising budgets.

Basic salary Facebook Ads Manager: full-time: 30,000 – 50,000 euros gross annual salary (depending on your experience)

There are opportunities for further development and advancement in the next few years.

Tasks

• Creation and planning of campaigns on Facebook & Instagram in Ads Manager
• Arrangement with our designers to create new advertising material
• Creation of A/B tests
• Analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns
• Filling out tracking sheets

qualification

• Funnels, CTRs, CPCs, landing page views & ROAS are nothing new to you
• Good knowledge of social media marketing
• You are results-oriented and have a strong drive
• The ability to follow existing processes
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• A strong sense of precision
• Clean and error-free written expression in German
• Completed training is helpful, but not required
• Good handling of pressure to perform
