This comes in implementing the assignments of Councilor Abdel Radi Siddiq – Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, regarding taking care of citizens’ complaints.

The Administrative Prosecution in Assiut – The Second Department had received a complaint on Monday, 11/4/2024, from a citizen living in the “Abnoub” area of ​​the Assiut Governorate, seeking help from serious medical negligence, the level of deteriorating medical service, sick – treatment, and not providing the necessary medical care to his wife As soon as she went to the hospital with a doctor’s note continued on with her condition, after being surprised by signs of premature birth, which resulted in a partial miscarriage. of one of the fetuses and the doctors took out the second fetus without paying attention to medical principles, and without giving the necessary medical care to the new babies immediately after their birth, because he them to an incubator “Premature babies”, where they stayed two days under medical care, and then in another hospital, in an attempt to save them, until their souls were brought back to the well

Councilor Fatima Othman – Director of Public Prosecution, ordered the opening of an urgent investigation and the hearing of the complainant’s statements, and the creation of an investigation team led by Councilor Abdul Qadir Abdul Rahman – Public Prosecutor, Muhammad Youssef – Chief Prosecutor, and Ali Mustafa – Chief Prosecutor; They were asked to move to the hospital headquarters, and were accompanied by the deputy director of the Directorate of Health in Assiut. To conduct a thorough investigation of the hospital, examine the patient’s records and ticket, and confirm the validity of the complaint.

Therefore, the investigation team examined the places where medical services were provided in the hospital, questioned several hospital officials, including doctors and assistants, reviewed all records and book related to the incident, and they seized the admission ticket of the complainant’s wife, which contains all the medical reports.

The prosecutors ordered to summon: the director of the Free Treatment Department at the Directorate of Health in Assiut, an obstetrics and gynecology consultant, and a pediatric consultant from the same directorate.
