The vehicle did not belong to either institution. Upon this, a ‘suspicious vehicle’ was notified to all stations in the Ereğli region.

The official license plate attached to the vehicle was not registered. It was understood that one of the different vehicles in which the plate caught the radar was the special vehicle of the Governor Mustafa Karaca.

Ferhat Özyürek was fined 6 thousand 129 pounds. In addition, a penalty of 2 thousand 473 liras was imposed for not having a driver’s license. Yerköy District Governorship was given an administrative fine of 2 thousand 473 liras. Since the unregistered license plate was used in different vehicles, an investigation was launched against the ‘Forgery of Official Documents’ crime.
