A photo and a blog post on a microblogging site about a couple carrying a baby has caused a storm on social networks.
Namely, a young couple, possibly the baby’s parents, carries it on an electric scooter. The social site has a lot of comments under the post and photos:
“I saw these passing yesterday, my heart fell on my stomach in horror”;
“Sorry baby, because he is the least thought of”;
“These superparents, when driving their children, are in the usual situation. But I hadn’t seen them in three and with the baby.”
“The State Police should be subject to administrative penalties for this, as the health and even the lives of vulnerable people are endangered”;
“There is still work for the social service here”;
“If I’m not mistaken, last year a change was made to the road traffic rules, which included points for scooters. They provide for a penalty for driving two people.”
