The cases pile up. Spattered in turn by allegations of sexual misconduct on social networks, musician David Desrosiers left the group Simple Plan, Yann Perreau was fired by his record company while Alex Nevsky admitted to having had an abusive relationship and apologized.

On his own, the interpreter ofWe made them believe and former coach at The voice did a long mea culpa on his Instagram page on Friday morning after receiving an email from a woman he was with.

Without going into details, Nevsky admitted that he was emotionally blackmailing his partners, had unrealistic expectations regarding sexuality and said that he discovered what sexual coercion is.
“Today I take full responsibility for all the times when a woman has felt underpowered or forced to have intimate relationships with me,” he says.
A few hours later, Stéphanie Boulay, of the Boulay sisters, revealed that she was the woman in question.

Bonsound, who also represents Safia Nolin, cut ties with Yann Perreau because of similar allegations.

Simple Plan paused
Acknowledging that he had harmed women, Simple Plan bassist David Desrosiers said he planned to get “professional help to educate myself and act appropriately in the future.” He left the group, which decided to take a break.
These new developments, in connection with the wave of denunciations of deviant sexual behavior that is snowballing on the web in Quebec, have all occurred since Thursday evening.
The day before, host Maripier Morin, accused in particular of sexual harassment by Safia Nolin, singer Bernard Adamus and president of the record company Dare To Care, Eli Bissonnette, announced that they were taking a break after having also been denounced on social media.
Excluded from ADISQ
Dare To Care and Adamus were even excluded from the next ADISQ gala.
Influencers, tattoo artists, photographers and people unknown to the public have also undergone the same medicine publicly in the past few days.
