My Account Connected to Smurf Account: Lost Skins and Decreased Behavior Score in Dota – Need Help!

Yep I’m also marked because I have 2 dota accounts at home, 1 for me and 1 for my son. My son’s is now banned on dota, and on my own account I have now received a notification that my account has connections to a smurf account.

However, there are no smurfs, I never play on his account, and sometimes even play together.

No idea what to do, my son also bought some skins on his account and he has now lost them.

Oh yes, as a “punishment” my behavior score has now gone down so that I can no longer chat, voice chat, pause and tip. Also very strange. You now enter games with players with a low behavior score, and you immediately notice that it is all very toxic.
