In terms of play, Mora worked his way into the period, but Djurgården was the slightly better team in a scoreless, even first period.

Djurgården was invited admittedly into the match at the end of the middle period when Mora’s Daniel Ljunggren was careless with the puck in numerical superiority. Mora’s confidence in the power play was felt again in the seventh minute of the third period when Chad Yetman with his second goal increased the lead to 4-1.
After that, the uphill was too heavy for the home team, who scored two more goals in the last three minutes – one of which was in an empty net.
