The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, will make new statements on Thursday afternoon in connection with the war in Ukraine.
– The war in Ukraine must stop if nuclear war is to be avoided, Lukashenko told the AFP news agency.
At the same time, he believes that Ukraine can end the war by entering into new talks with Moscow and Putin.

Earlier on Thursday, reports came that at least two people had been killed and 19 wounded in new Russian bombardments against the big city of Kharkiv.
– 19 people are injured, including a child. Unfortunately, the condition is serious for four people. Two have died, stated Governor Oleh Synegubov on social media.
The day before, three people were killed in Russian attacks on the city.
