According to Musk’s statement, Twitter thwarts his information rights by refusing to publish the requested data. The company allegedly violates the terms of the takeover agreement.

Last month, Musk said it would not continue the $ 44 billion transaction until Twitter found that robotic accounts accounted for less than 5 percent of users.

Twitter chief Parag Agrawal responded by saying that these accounts account for less than five percent of users on a daily basis. Musk has now officially rejected these statistics and, according to an official statement, will conduct his own analysis.
