Musician Alexander Kuzmin Files Complaint Against Yaroslav Sumishevsky

The spouses accuse Sumishevsky of allegedly earning money on the songs they are the authors of.

“I, Kuzmina Natasha and my husband, Kuzmin Alexander, are the official authors and copyright holders of musical works used for commercial purposes by the singer Yaroslav Sumishevsky without our permission, and we also prohibit him and concert venues from performing our songs by the specified performer,” the caption says. video in Kuzmin’s account.

Moreover, Kuzmin and his wife said that there are other people whom the famous performer, according to them, deceived. As a result, they wrote a statement to the police under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Sumishevsky himself has not yet responded to the accusations made by Kuzmin. Whether the artist knows at all about the statement to the police is unknown.

Note that Vladimir Kuzmin practically does not communicate with his brother. A few years ago, Alexander complained that a relative gave him little money to live on. Vladimir Borisovich, on the other hand, said that a man who was addicted to alcohol was deliberately inflating a scandal in order to make money on it.

Kuzmin Jr. also complained about his wife Natalya’s problems with alcohol. The woman assured that because of strong drinks, he becomes dangerous to others.
