Barely a few months after the flashy start, musical and theater company Music Hall is already closing the doors of Studio Zuid – the former Zuiderkroon, which had to be given a new life. The hall is empty, all planned productions have been canceled and the staff is technically unemployed. “Necked by corona”, Music Hall CEO Geert Allaert sighs. And with an investigation by the Special Tax Inspectorate, the company has a second noose around its neck.
