Spotify continues to expand its music video feature, bringing it to 85 additional markets.

Since the beta launch of the function in March, which also took place in Germany, millions of users worldwide have had the opportunity not only to hear songs, but also to experience them visually. Now this feature has been improved again.

Synchronized switching between audio and video

New options include a synchronized switching feature that allows you to seamlessly switch between video and audio – ideal for continuing listening on the go. This option is available on both mobile devices and the desktop app.

Video tabs and graphics will also be introduced to help Spotify users discover new music videos. Searching for music videos has also been made easier.

The music videos can be easily started using the “Go to Video” button in the Now Playing view on iOS, Android or desktop devices and can also be viewed in full screen mode. The function is now fully available in over 85 markets.
