The focus of the joint program will be George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” and the “Brass Symphony” by Jan Koetsier. Benyamin Nuss will also be appearing as a soloist that evening. With him, “10forBrass” will meet one of the most versatile pianists of his generation, it is said. “Whether classical concerts as a soloist with orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra or the Chicago Pops Orchestra, as a pianist in various jazz formations or on the move in the inexhaustible cosmos of computer game music: Benyamin Nuss is a wanderer between worlds and fills concert halls around the world,” say the organizers.

The ensemble “10forBrass” also plays on international stages

“10forBrass” is now one of the most renowned brass ensembles in the German-speaking world. The ensemble, whose members play with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra and the Dresden State Orchestra, among others, has been established on national and international stages for over ten years.
