Music and humor for young people within the Kedada 3.0 program

The Ávila City Council has scheduled various music and humor performances for young people within the framework of the cultural activities of the Kedada 3.0 program. The activities will take place in different areas of the city, with the aim of bringing leisure alternatives to young people, and will begin this Saturday, September 25, with a brass band.

The Charanga Survivers will be in charge of opening the Kedada 3.0 cultural block program, which will run until the end of the year. This musical performance will begin at 9:00 p.m. and will go through the historic center of the city, from the Plaza del Mercado Grande to the Mercado Chico, passing through Calle Estrada, the squares of Italia and the cathedral and the streets Alemania and Reyes Católicos .

Made up of young musicians, between 15 and 20 years old, from the Tomás Luis de Victoria Conservatory of Music, in Ávila, this group, made up of trumpets, percussion, saxophones, tuba, trombone and trombone, offers its own versions of pasodobles but also of pop hits, in the same way that they improvise following the requests of the public.

The cultural program will continue on October 23 with a performance, at the Superunda palace, by singer-songwriter Raúl Fragua, while the artist of the month for November will be the humorist and storyteller Héctor Urién (November 19).
