After writer Delphine Lecomte and slam poet Seckou Ouologuem, Musea Brugge now appoints illustrator Pieter Van Eenoge as museum artist. Twice a month he will create colorful and surreal drawings. ‘His work will add a new, fresh dimension to the rich and varied collection,’ says Elviera Velghe, Director of Public and Exhibitions. Illustrations by Van Eenoge, a native of Bruges, already appeared in Humo, Vrij Nederland, The New York Times in The New Yorker. (gvds)
