Chiesa in Valmalenco (Sondrio), 14 August 2020 – Multiple negligent homicide and culpable disaster. These are the hypotheses of crime, currently against unknown persons, contained in the file opened by the deputy prosecutor Stefano Latorre, owner of the investigation (with expertise entrusted to the geologist Maurizio Azzola) on the “landslide-murderous” that in Chiareggio, a hamlet of Chiesa in Valmalenco, the other afternoon has hit two cars, killing three people and seriously injuring two others. Victims and injured are all residents in the province of Varese and loyal vacationers, for several years, in Valmalenco.
