The court will decide tomorrow the measure of the accused for the murder of 32-year-old Christina in Sofia. As bTV already reported yesterday, Kaloyan was arrested in his car while traveling with a woman who introduced herself to the police as a soldier.
The 34-year-old Kaloyan, accused of the murder, lives in an apartment block in the capital’s Lyulin district. We show his picture to neighbors. They talked to us but insisted that we not show them with their faces.
Neighbors claim to have seen him with various women and he often fought with his girlfriends. Others say that Kaloyan recently cohabited with a woman who walked around dressed in military clothes. We don’t find her in the apartment.
According to bTV, one of the versions is that the murder was committed with the woman’s gun.
According to the residents of the village of Chernevo, the mayor and mother of the accused of the murder lives in this house, but our attempts to contact her were unsuccessful.
Neighbors in the village define Kaloyan’s family as good.
“I haven’t seen him in 5 years because he used to come here as a teenager. He came to me. There is a monastery – in a tent with the group, they sit for two or three days, clean, fix things and leave. I heard that he has an apartment in Sofia. I can’t believe it, he wasn’t drunk, grumpy, or rebellious. The father is a pensioner like me,” says Angel Galev from the village of Chernevo.
Against the 34-year-old man, who has already been convicted of threatening to kill another ex-girlfriend of his and setting fire to a car, the prosecutor’s office charged him with premeditated murder.
