Murder in Love Hotel: Family Suspected of Premeditated Killing in Sapporo, Japan

The city of Sapporo in Japan was in an uproar with a murder in a love hotel. One family is suspected of premeditated murder.

In early July, Hotel Let’s Susukino in the city SapporoHokkaido, Japan so the mysterious murder scene. This hotel is in the bustling entertainment district of Susukino.

A man (62) was found dead without a head in the bathroom of a room. The service immediately called the police and checked the CCTV.

Before being killed, the victim entered the hotel with a man. Since then, the police have started conducting investigations and searches.

Quoted from Asahi Shimbun On Tuesday (15/8), a woman and her parents were arrested on charges of mysterious murder at a Sapporo love hotel.

The woman’s name is Runa Tamura (29), she is accused of conspiring to commit murder with her mother, Hiroko (60) and father Osamu (59), a doctor.

Runa is believed to have stabbed the man from behind the hotel bathroom. He waited there, while his father entered with the victim.

“He used many types of knives to decapitate the man and then took him to the family home,” investigators said.

Police searched the suspect’s home in Sapporo last month and found a decomposing head.

Investigators said Runa and her father purchased knives, saws and luggage in the Hokkaido capital before the incident. Meanwhile the father bought a large amount of ice near the house on the day of the murder.

Runa and the murder victim met at a dance club in Susukino in late May. They are not alone, Runa’s father is also there.

The encounter is believed to have caused conflict. Relatives of the three suspects said that the victim had previously assaulted Runa.
