For appropriate information and for the necessary follow-up of competence, we inform you that the City Council is convened, in an extraordinary session and in a public session, for Wednesday 23 October 2024, at 09:30, on first call, and for the 24th /10/2024 at 10.30 am, on second call, for the discussion of the following topics on the Agenda:
1) Reading and approval of previous session minutes;
2) Change to the 2024/2026 budget forecast. Authorization to contract PNRR mortgage with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti;
3) Ratification of City Council resolution no. 115/2024 regarding: “Emergency change to the 2024/2026 financial forecast budget referred to in art. 175, paragraph 4, of the Legislative Decree. n. 267/2000”;
4) Ratification of City Council resolution no. 116/2024 regarding: “Emergency change to the 2024/2026 financial forecast budget referred to in art. 175, paragraph 4, of the Legislative Decree. n.267/2000”;
5) Ratification of City Council resolution no. 140/2024 regarding: “Emergency change to the 2024/2026 financial forecast budget referred to in art. 175, paragraph 4, of the Legislative Decree. n.267/2000”;
6) Presentation to the City Council of the Program Guidelines relating to the actions and projects to be implemented during the mandate for the years 2024/2029.
This notice of call is issued to Messrs. Municipal Councilors in the manner referred to in art. 34 of the current Regulations of the Bodies of the City of Sorso.
