The exact costs depend on the type of event. You have to pay for travel expenses yourself. Accommodation and meals (except drinks) are free.
Tip: In justified emergency situations, you can informally inquire about a reduction in the cost rate (except for study trips).

- You do not unsubscribe at least four weeks before the event and
- not take part in the event.
