As the municipality of Heimberg reports, it has approved loans totaling 330,000 francs to renovate and improve the school properties.

The local council approved a commitment loan of 70,000 francs for the renovation of the cold and hot water pipes in the gymnasium building of the Untere Au primary school, Schulstrasse 9.
He also approved a commitment loan of 200,000 francs for the renovation of the sanitary facilities at the West school building, Schulstrasse 11, in the Untere Au primary school complex.
The local council also approved a commitment loan of 60,000 francs for the ANS architects and planners SIA AG, Worb, to develop a real estate concept for school space planning.
The real estate concept is intended to show how the future uses and the associated adjustments to the individual building structures can be coordinated in order to be able to plan, convert and/or renovate the school properties according to needs.
