Municipal in Paris. Hidalgo, well ahead of Dati, according to a new survey

The list of the mayor outbound PS Anne Hidalgocombined ecologists, happens far ahead in the voting intentions (45 %) in the second round of municipal in Paris, in front of the candidate LR Rachida Dati (34 %), according to a BVA survey, on Monday, June 22.

The candidate LREM Agnès Buzyn in third position, far behind its two rivals (18 %), according to the survey conducted for The Forum and Europe 1 and published just days before the election Sunday 28 June.

No other list does not exceed 1.5% of voting intentions in the survey, which, on a background of a public health crisis, expects participation to be low, around 41 %, a level much lower than in the second round in 2014 (up 58.4 %).

The survey BVA confirms the status of favorite of the mayor-PS outgoing, easily won the first round on 15 march, with nearly 30% of the votes cast. Other institutes have yielded similar differences in view of the second round.

To be noted, however, that the voters of the 7th district have not been surveyed about their voting intentions, having elected their mayor of the arrondissement, Rachida Dati, in the 1st round.

1 200 respondents

This survey was conducted online from 12 to 18 June to 1 200 people registered on the electoral lists in Paris, according to the method of quotas. Margin of error of 4 points.

Voting intentions do not constitute a profit forecast, they do give an indication of the power relations on the day of the survey.
