On the night of last Thursday to Friday, a Munich student was studying in the study room of a Munich university. Because she was tired, the 22-year-old lay down to sleep on a couch in the room that night.
While she was sleeping, a security service employee lay down next to her at around 5:30 a.m. and performed sexual acts on the woman. Further details about the incident are currently unknown.

The 22-year-old then turned to an acquaintance who was on the ground floor of the building. He called the police. Shortly after their arrival, the officers were able to arrest the 25-year-old at the scene.
The student was uninjured in the attack. The 25-year-old was transferred to the Munich Police Headquarters detention center. The investigating judge issued an arrest warrant. Further investigations are being carried out by Commissariat 15 (Sexual Offences) of the Munich Criminal Police.
