On Tuesday (September 5th, 2023) there were several traffic accidents with injured people. At around 10 a.m., a 24-year-old woman ignored the right of way of an oncoming 38-year-old cyclist while turning into the Wallstrasse area and collided with her. The 38-year-old hit the windshield and was injured. She then had to receive medical care in a hospital.
At around 2 p.m., a 40-year-old opened the driver’s door on Kallstadter Strasse and wanted to get out of his car when a 68-year-old cyclist drove past and collided with the door. The senior fell and was slightly injured. He had to be treated in a hospital.
A 21-year-old cyclist collided with the car of a 42-year-old on Mundenheimer Strasse around 4:30 p.m. The 42-year-old wanted to turn from Kurfürstenstrasse onto Mundenheimer Strasse and had to stop when crossing the cycle path. The cyclist was unable to get out of the way in time, collided with the vehicle and fell. The 21-year-old was slightly injured.
