Several serious incidents took place in various places around the capital
Many say that as soon as it starts to rain a little and the grumpy drivers show up. Well, this seems to be the very truth in view of the fact that within less than an hour several incidents took place in Sofia.
The first took place at the intersection of “Boyan Magesnik” and “Velcho Atanasov” streets. A BLITZ reader stated that there was an accident between a car and a public transport bus.
“The car and the train have hit each other quite hard as both vehicles have some pretty serious property damage,” our reader said.

He stated that it is not yet clear whose fault the melee was and whether there were any casualties.
Police and medics are on the scene.
Another serious incident took place on “History of Slavonic Bulgarian” boulevard.
“In the direction of Nadezhda Overpass, near Nesho Bonchev Street, a man was lying on the road. There were police, an ambulance and a car that had stopped – most likely the car had hit the man. Let’s just hope it’s not something fatal,” said a BLITZ reader.
