– Chaotic
The scene is described by the rescue service as chaotic.
– There were probably 500 people in the car park. I can’t say how many were hit because it got so smoky. I left the place when I realized it had gone awry, says a witness Göteborgs-Posten has spoken to.
According to the witness, the same organization that organized the car meet in Bäckebol has similar, unlicensed, schemes in the Gothenburg area.
The extent of the damage is currently unclear. The same is the occasion and the cause of the incident. The emergency services state that it is currently a mess at the site, reports the newspaper.
The witness Dagbladet has spoken to says that those who were involved in the car crash have now moved further away.
