At least six people were injured after being hit by a car Wednesday morning in Brooklyn, the city’s Fire Department (FDNY) said. Among those would be two minors, police said.
According to details shared by the New York City Police and Fire Department, the incident occurred around 8:00 a.m. in St Johns Pl & Nostrand Ave when a car got on the sidewalk where the victims were.
Five of the six people hit were taken to a hospital; one for a minor injury and four for serious injuries that were not life-threatening, the FDNY said.
No further details, such as the condition of the people and the cause of the incident, have been released. It is also not known if the driver is among the victims.
