Eleven people are recovering after suffering a multiple accident in Chinatown this morning.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. at Canal Street and Bowery.
Police say six cars were involved in the accident, one of them overturned.
All the victims were treated at the scene with minor injuries.
Police say one person was detained.
Charges against that individual are still pending and the cause of the accident remains unclear.
