As part of our high added value services for one of our key clients in the banking sector, we are recruiting in our teams a Multidisciplinary Business Analyst –TI

Your role will consist in particular of:


• Identify, analyze and document the needs of stakeholders (company and users)
• Design and write quality functional files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
• Act as an interface and facilitator between our business partners and the technical team
• Work in collaboration with the architecture team and the product owners to develop and propose functional solutions that meet the needs

More specifically, you will have to
• Under the direction of the project / program, capture, formulate, define and document
o the problem to be solved
o the scope and technical requirements of the solution
o business processes
o data flows
o the computer systems used
o the needs of stakeholders.

• Translate these elements into functional and operational requirements
• Participate in the definition of acceptance criteria for the solution and performance evaluation.
• Engage in the delivery of your team’s sprint
• Assist and participate in the realization of the development strategy, tests and their automation
• Support QA colleagues in the review / writing of test cases, monitoring end-to-end requirements
• Support the business line in the writing / execution of user test cases (UAT)
• Understand and determine the risks and issues related to the chosen solution.
• Facilitate the choice and analysis of the best possible options / solutions meeting the requirements
• Respect norms and standards and update documentation
• Participate in the production and support of the solution during the stabilization phase

Required profile
• University training in Finance or IT or related to the sector of activity
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business, functional, technical and / or application analyst in a complex organization
• Knowledge of Payment Canada rules, SWIFT, Compliance an asset
• Experience in the field of payment (1 year required)
• Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, MS Office365
• Very good knowledge of the various areas of finance and associated banking processes
• Ability to work at the highest technical level in the majority of systems analysis phases while taking into account the administrative consequences of the application of technology in the current and future organizational environment.
• Curiosity, ability to ask the right questions allowing subjects to move forward
• Emotional intelligence
• Ability to diversify (from gathering requirements to performing tests, from an integration subject to a business subject, etc.)
• Ability to lead analysis and grooming workshops (on site, remote) with third-party teams spread over several sectors and countries
• Ability to understand and document data flows
• Ability to influence and positively mobilize stakeholders
• Experience in setting up operational processes (Incidents, Changes, Problems, SLA, Access Management, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
• Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English
