Multi-Storey Parking Lot Collapses in New York: One Dead and Victims Trapped Under Rubble

Dozens of cars suspended over a gaping hole: this multi-storey parking lot in New York collapsed on itself in seconds. The collapse of the building shook the walls of the entire neighborhood. The ground subsided while workers were inside. One person died, five others were injured. According to the emergency services, there are still victims trapped under the huge pile of concrete, but the structure threatens to tip over. Impossible for the firefighters to intervene as closely as possible. So they use robot dogs equipped with thermal cameras to search the building. For now, the cause of the collapse is still unknown.
