However, according to the decision paper, the federal and state governments initially continue to rely on the voluntary nature of companies for the corona tests for employees. At the beginning of April, the business associations would present a first implementation report on how many companies are participating, said Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU). On this basis and on the basis of its own survey, the Federal Government will then assess whether there is a need for regulatory action in the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance.
