The lives of Natacha and Margot have been shattered since that evening in December 2019 when they learned of the violent assassination of their parents, Jean-Claude and Sylviane Muller. Added to the difficulty of mourning was the mystery that remained unsolved for almost four years: who could have killed their parents?

Investigators had considered many scenarios to try to explain the double murder of this couple from the Bordeaux region. But ten days ago, a man, who lived in the immediate vicinity and whom the fifty-year-olds encountered almost every day, confessed to the crime. It is a neighbor, apparently unsuspected, who was designated by his DNA.
