This creates a so-called “Mulled wine price index” created. The index for 2022 was published shortly before the second advent. This shows that most of the Christmas markets have raised their prices. Mulled wine costs on average in these markets 3 Euros without deposit. The most expensive mulled wine is in Berlin, Hanover and Cologne where the drink costs 4.50 euros per cup.
