PAN General Chair Zulkifli Hasan expressed his gratitude to the young generation of Muhammadiyah who supported Prabowo-Gibran in the 2024 presidential election. Armed with this support, he is optimistic that the pair number 2 can win in one round.
“I am truly moved and express my immeasurable gratitude for the declaration made tonight, 1912 Movement,” he said after attending the 1912 Movement Declaration at Djakarta Theater XXI, Saturday (23/12/2023).
It is known that a number of young Muhammadiyah members who are members of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka (1912 Movement) Brigade volunteers carried out a national declaration today. These youths were spearheaded by volunteers and activists, the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM), and the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM).
The man who is familiarly called Zulhas said that the support from Muhammadiyah youth was very meaningful. According to him, this support will determine the victory of the Prabowo-Gibran pair in the presidential election which will take place on February 14 2024.
“Support is very meaningful because in the presidential election, gubernatorial election, Muhammadiyah’s (support) really determines who the winner is,” he said.
Armed with this support, Zulhas, who is also the Indonesian Minister of Trade (Mendag), believes that the Prabowo-Gibran pair can win one round in the 2024 presidential election.
“The support really means a lot. I, representing Prabowo Gibran, attended to appreciate and thank you. God willing, February 14 2024, I’m sure there will be a round,” he concluded.
