“Mubarak’s Son Accuses Journalist of Suffering from Schizophrenia”

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Alaa, the son of the former Egyptian president, Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, attacked the journalist, Mustafa Bakri, after what the latter said on the birthday of the late president, saying that he suffers from “schizophrenia.”

This came in a tweet by Alaa Mubarak on his official page on Twitter, where he said: “Strange contradictions, the truth is in his personality, and I think that the one wronged him because by following his abnormal fluctuations over the years, I think that he and I have all due respect to him. He suffers from schizophrenia, which is schizophrenia and this is a mental disorder.” It is chronic and severe, affecting a person’s way of thinking and behavior, and resulting in hallucinations and delusions. Sufferers may hear voices that do not exist. One of the serious symptoms is that he forgets situations he took or events he has passed. He may not always be able to distinguish his own thoughts from the thoughts and events that actually happen. This is explained without any evidence. He doubted the man’s fluctuations and his many strange stances since 2011, along with his lies and imaginary stories about the father that he mentioned in his book and which were revealed by Professor Farid El-Deeb, may God have mercy on him, in court; in the end, we have nothing but prayers for healing, and may God guide and have a blessed Friday, God willing.

In a separate comment, Alaa added: “This is still a while ago, Professor Mustafa, who filed a complaint against me with the Public Prosecutor.

And Mustafa Bakri had said in the program that he presents on (Sada Al-Balad) channel: “Today, the fourth of May, is the birthday of the late President, Muhammad Hosni Mubarak. A few days ago we were celebrating the Liberation Day of Sinai and we cannot forget, as some citizens sent me that this president Raising the Egyptian flag on the last piece of land we liberated from the Zionist usurper in Taba, the president was the one who raised the Egyptian flag…”

Bakri continued, saying: “Certainly, this was the fruit of struggle in the October 1973 war, in which President Mubarak participated at that time. Some may disagree or agree about policies and visions, but history is not forgotten in any way, and it is objective that we always emphasize the role of President Mubarak.” In the October War, in which he was commander of the Air Force.
