MSC Cruises offers year-round New York departures from 2023 » news | hint

MSC Meraviglia will dock in the Big Apple from April 2023 and will cruise to the Caribbean, Bermuda, New England and Canada year-round. Many of the cruises departing from New York will also call at the private island of Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. MSC thus complements its existing large selection on North American itineraries and offers guests the opportunity to extend their vacation with a pre- or post-cruise stop in New York.

New York is one of the most attractive travel destinations in the world. Adding the vibrant city to our itinerary as a year-round homeport for MSC Meraviglia significantly enhances our offering in North America. The routes will not only be very attractive for our guests in the USA, but also for international vacationers. Given the huge range of intercontinental flights to and from New York, arrival and departure for guests from all over the world is very convenient Gianni Onorato, CEO von MSC Cruises. “We have tailored our itineraries to take advantage of New York’s geographic flexibility, allowing our guests to soak up the Caribbean sun in spring and winter, visit Bermuda in summer, or explore Canada’s stunning natural beauty in fall. And of course guests who want to discover New York have the option of combining their cruise with a stay in the world-famous city.”
