MSC Cruises announces the easing of cancellation conditions for its customers in Israel for the next three months until 31.03.24.
Customers who book cruises for 2024 will be able to cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the cruise for a reduced cancellation fee of $50 per person only (instead of 25% of the cruise cost).
Alternatively, up to 15 days before the sailing date, we have the option to postpone the sailing to a future date and no later than 04.15.2025. Transferring the cruise to a future date in accordance with the terms of postponing the cruise as listed on the MSC Cruises Israel website.
The fine print: from 30 days before sailing onwards, the cancellation conditions will be as indicated on the company’s website under the normal general conditions. The updated cancellation conditions will not apply to cruises that are currently marked as last minute where full cancellation fees are charged from the moment the reservation is made.
Eyal Atias, CEO of MSC Cruises Israel: “The change in the cancellation policy we are taking these days comes against the background of the security situation in Israel. Many Israelis are interested in booking cruises for the spring and summer season but want to be sure they can also cancel if necessary. We are flexing the cancellation policy in order to allow our Israeli customers to book vacations even in times of uncertainty.”
