Ms. Marvel is approaching.
The seventh TV series from the Marvel Cinematic Universe is dedicated to Ms. Marvel.
In the lead role, we find the 16-year-old Pakistani-American New Jersey girl Kamala Khan, who is an Avengers fangirl. She is especially obsessed with Carol Danver’s alias Captain Marvel. But in everyday life, Kamala feels that she does not quite fit in. Luckily she gets superpowers and becomes a superhero herself ⚡️
In 2014, the character became Marvel’s first Muslim character to have his own cartoon. Marvel Comics, originally called Timely Comics, started in 1939.

In the Disney + series, Ms. Marvel by Canadian Iman Vellani (born in 02), who has parents from Pakistan.
This is her debut as an actress.

The trailer starts with daydreaming, superhero nerd Kamala at school, before we see that she gets cosmic powers and the ability to control energies. And finally a suitable suit.
Disney + digs deep into their pockets and secures “Blinding Lights” from The Weeknd. The global monster hit is intertwined throughout the trailer.
This is hardly a series for everyone, but it’s all right.

The supervillain Kareem alias Red Dagger is played by Aramis Knight (who was 12 years old when he was credited as “boy with apple” in The Dark Knight Rises). Matt Lintz (The Alienist, The Walking Dead) play Kamalas bestie Bruno Carrelli.
Ms. Marvel made by British Bisha K. Ali (Netflix series Sex EducationHulu-series Four Weddings and a Funeral). One of the directors of season 1 is Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy (who won an Oscar for the documentary films) Saving Face and A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness).
Fun fact: I fjor var Iman Vellani i panelet Next Wave Committee at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), with film-enthusiastic students getting to choose some of the films to be screened at the festival.
The teenager, who comes from Markham in Ontario, then said that her dream role is Iron Man, and that she wants to become a film photographer.
