The provincial government DKI Jakarta replaces the President Director (Director) of PT MRT, M. Aprindy. The PDI-P criticized the performance of the BUMD Development Agency (BP), which previously proposed M Aprindy as MRT Director last July.
“The details of the reason for the replacement are not yet known. What is the basis for the BP BUMD first to propose Mr. M Aprindy, then quickly replace him. Meanwhile Mr. William Sabandar (President Director before M Aprindy) who has used to work well, it has been replaced, “said a member of the DKI DPRD, of the PDIP faction. “Every meeting with BP BUMD, I see that in the Governor’s last period there have often been sudden changes and towards the end of his position. There is some impact on the current process, it has yet to be explored,” he said.
According to Gilbert, BP BUMD’s work needs to be corrected because there have been two changes in the director’s chair for two months.
“That’s why if Mr. Aprindy is made to replace Mr. William, and then two months to be replaced by Mr. Tuhiyat, the ones that also need to be corrected are BP BUMD, Kadishub, and the officials involved. Their abilities must also be observed,” He he said.
The effect of the change two months ago was perceived as invisible. However, the DKI provincial government replaced a new director president. “It’s not clear,” Gilbert said.
In addition to the change of president, former directors of MRT Jakarta, William P Sabandar and Kristiyono, have been appointed commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta.
In response to that, Gilbert appreciated a little, even though William’s job wouldn’t have been as technical as the CEO.
“At least he’s still in as a supervisor, because he’s dominated the MRT from the start. That’s something good, even if it’s different from the executive director,” he said.
MRT’s CEO has changed again
Interim (Pj) DKI Jakarta Governor Heru Budi Hartono has reshuffled the ranks of directors to the commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta. One of them is the President and Director of PT MRT Jakarta, M. Aprindy, who has been officially replaced.
“The replacement of the Chief Executive Officer, the President Commissioner and the members of the commissioners took place in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the law, with a Resolution of the Shareholders outside GMS which was signed on 25 October 2022”, declared the interim head of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta Fitria Rahadiani in a written statement, Wednesday (10/26/2022).
Aprindy was replaced by PT MITJ President Tuhiyat. Fitria said Tuhiyat, who has experience in corporate financing, should strengthen the coordination process between the DKI Jakarta provincial government, the Ministry of Transport, Bappenas, the Ministry of Finance and PT MRT Jakarta stakeholders in an effort to satisfy the financing.
In addition to the President Director, Heru Budi has updated the ranks of the Council of Commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta, meaning that his party has officially appointed Dodik Wijanarko as Commissioner President.
