Mrs. Intisar Al-Sisi said, “For a girl to marry, she must qualify first and learn what marriage is and its responsibilities, how to run a house, and how to deal with her husband and child. We want the rural woman to be able to do the work.”
She added: “The role of women pioneers is the link, and we cannot meet all the rural women, but we have in every village people from within the village who are the pioneers so that we know their problems and listen to them, and if they have problems we listen to them and seek to solve them.”
