48 signatures were collected by the MPs from ITN and “Vazrazhdane” for an attack before the Constitutional Court on the changes to the Constitution. What will come next?
“It’s normal with the pig fight they organized. We will attack almost all the texts, one of them already has an interpretative decision of the Constitutional Court. But in order to satisfy the complexes of Hristo Ivanov, who had to do something about the Constitution. They only agree with themselves, they have majority, they do what they want. They must remember that they will not be in power forever, the more they strengthen the pendulum in the opposite direction, the stronger it will come back,” commented ITN MP Toshko Yordanov in the Denyat ON AIR studio .
He recalled that a year ago the PP-DB wanted to put Delyan Peevski in prison, and now they are “kissing him”.
“They returned the communist Constitution. Out of 10 people, 6 are from the parliament’s quota. The parliament will choose the chief prosecutor it wants. They will be the children of the communists – Hristo Ivanov, Mirchev restored what their mothers and fathers instilled in them,” he said more Yordanov before Bulgaria ON AIR.
The deputy is adamant that the prosecutor’s office will become a political club, whatever the majority.
According to him, Asen Vasilev wants to bankrupt many of the state-owned companies in the energy sector: “Some of them want to take them under the ministry’s hat and do whatever they want, this is the corruption line.”
The MPs will wait for the changes to the Constitution to be promulgated in the State Gazette in order to attack them immediately before the Constitutional Court.
