“MP Radostin Vassilev Calls on Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev to Confess All in Facebook Post”

“Ivan, tell yourself everything, Ivan”. This is what Radostin Vassilev, the MP from “Continuing Change-Democratic Bulgaria” wrote on his Facebook profile. It was written on the occasion of the statement of the chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev, who gave a briefing at which he showed his resignation and demonstratively broke it on the air.

“Not only how pressure is exerted to end the Barcelonagate case while you are gone. Tell me who is texting you, Ivan? Tell me why you manage prosecutors over the phone and what do you order them to do?” wrote Vassilev.

“Tell me about the bundles, the bars, Mata Hari, the eight dwarfs, the records, the highways, Vladi Goranov, Peevski, Desislava Atanasova, Tomislav Donchev and others. Tell me what is happening with the DPS!? Did they refuse to hand you over?”, he continues Vassilev in his post on the social network.

“We all know that you acted in sync with the junta and they used you to strike against the inconvenients of the omerta. Now they abandoned you and you are resigning??? Press charges against them, Ivan!!! Today you looked like an actor in the Bolshoi Theater or a main character in a soap opera. If you blame them for the bad things they did to Bulgaria, you can also become sympathetic,” Vassilev writes.

“The question is why I have been silent until now, tell me how you feel as if you were seduced and used under the influence of Boyko, who has now abandoned you. You were installed in this post by the “political garbage”, and now it is time for you to clean it up”, continues the deputy.

“Geshev, be the chief prosecutor at least for the rest of your term and then history can judge you more fairly,” the former sports minister concluded his post.
