Bar Feroce is the first of the four places that visitors are invited to discover. During check-in, we are given two tokens each giving the right to a glass of champagne. This snack bar also serves cocktails and pizzas. For a more refined dinner, head to the Feroce Ristorante, on the ground floor. The menu, created by chef Francesco Panella – who owns the famous Antica Pesa in Rome – offers a limited choice of around 20 Italian dishes, all with a New York touch. The many wines offered are imported from different regions of Italy. Special mention to the tiramisu in trompe-l’oeil: served in a coffee cup, the dessert looks like a cappuccino. To end the evening in an intimate setting, head to The Fleur Room, on the 35th and top floor. It is accessed by a secret lift, by reservation or invitation only – hotel guests, of course, have priority. This cocktail bar, also marked by a floral environment, offers a 360-degree view of Manhattan, including the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. At night, enchantment is guaranteed in front of the city lights. When the weather is favorable, the canopy retracts: you can enjoy the heights of New York in the open air.- .
